Brihana Perkins
Assosiate Marriage & Family Therapist
Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor
I am a dedicated and compassionate marriage and family therapist and professional clinical counselor specializing in supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life's complex daily experiences. I am deeply committed to fostering healing and personal growth, and I strive to create a safe, collaborative environment where my clients can explore challenges and build lasting resilience.
I hold a robust educational foundation, having earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Capella University, followed by a rigorous dual Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) and Professional Clinical Counselor (PCC). This comprehensive training allows me to view client challenges through both a systemic family lens and an individualized clinical perspective, offering a uniquely well-rounded approach to mental wellness.
In my clinical practice, I specialize in utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) alongside a diverse range of evidence-based counseling methods. By tailoring my therapeutic interventions to the unique needs of each person I work with, I empower individuals to identify unhelpful thought patterns, develop practical coping mechanisms, and manage day-to-day stress, life transitions, and relationship dynamics more effectively.
Driven by the belief that every individual possesses the innate capacity for positive change, I am passionate about guiding my clients away from feeling overwhelmed and toward a life of balance, clarity, and meaningful connection.
