Adult Anger Management is a 10 week program where adults are able to understand the message behind the emotion and express it in a healthy way without losing control!

Transgender / Non-Binary Group
This class targets 18–30 year-olds that identify as being transgender, non-binary, bigender, genderqueer, genderfluid, or non-cisgender.
The group’s discussions create a space that prioritizes BIPOC and addresses skills to help manage intense emotions related to anxiety and depression.
LGBTQ+ Youth Therapy Group
Are you 12-17 years old and identify as being a part of LGBTQ+ community? Have you been looking for a safe and confidential space to talk about the difficulties of being LGBTQ+ and navigating school and home life? Do you sometimes feel misunderstood by family and isolated and disconnected from your peers? Come join the LGBTQ+ Teen Therapy Group! Youth will come together with other LGBTQ+ identifying peers to learn various ways of developing positive coping skills to better manage feelings of loneliness, sadness, and anxious feelings.
Financial Wellness Coaching
Our financial literacy course titled “Financial Wellness Coaching" offers the community an opportunity to learn ways to improve and restore their credit, as well as general information on financial habits.
The course is taught over a span of 4 weeks, with rolling enrollment for greater flexibility to meet each person’s learning needs.
This 12-week parenting course is designed to support parents from all walks of life as they navigate the toughest job on earth - parenting. We take a conversational approach at topics ranging from finding your parenting style, creative behavior modification, trust building, mental & emotional wellness, racial equity, COVID distance learning tips and more!
The healing space will provide an opportunity for individuals to become comfortable with what they are feeling. During this current era, the pandemic has created an effect on individual’s mental state. Here in the healing space, each person has the opportunity to feel what they are feeling, identify that it is just a feeling, and make the decision they choose to cope with the feeling.
