Responsibilities
answering phone calls
zoom management
scheduling appointments
obtaining/tracking payments from clients
following up with clients
updating paperwork
maintaining documents
filing and organizing digital charts
word processing
greeting clients
general office clerk duties and errands
Service tracking and invoice creation
Requirements * High school diploma (minimum)
Valid driver's license
Experience in medical office or in a related field preferred
Strong writing skills
Great communication skills
Ability to work well under limited supervision
1 year of customer service experience

Effective communication skills in delivering material
DUTIES
Assisting with community outreach
Organizing support groups
Providing administrative support for programs
Handling correspondence and communications, including emails and phone calls
Maintaining and updating databases and records
Scheduling outreach appointments and meetings
Preparing materials for meetings or events
Assisting with filing and organization of documents
Managing inventory of office supplies
Supporting the coordination of volunteer schedules and activities
